As you know most of the time when the KTM / Husqvarna / GASGAS 65 crank goes bad you will need to buy a complete assembly for $595.00USD because the heat has melted the plastic stuffers and left your crank halves unusable. WMR the premier race shop on the east coast teamed up with Nihilo Concepts to develop the ultimate crank modification and repair.

Nihilo Concepts has precisely machined new crank stuffers to the perfect shape and weight to maximise the KTM/Husqvarna 65's crank shaft performance. The new design brings the stock crank closer to a perfectly balanced system. The stock plastic stuffers are too light and melt when the crank heats up leaving your old crank components useless. Machined from 6061 Billet aluminium and shaped to enhance the counter weight of the crank assembly the Nihilo Stuffers are both functional and money saving. The cost to install the new Billet stuffers and re-build the crank is about $300.00USD less than buying a new stock crank. SPECIAL ORDERS

In order for us to be able to offer the entire range of some products, we have a special order in process. Once you place your order, we will order your items in from our suppliers. This allows you to have more freedom in choice of colour, style, upgrades etc.

Processing time can vary - some items we will have within a few days, whereas some items are ordered in from the United States of America or Europe, and therefore require an extra few weeks to account for shipping time and in some cases, manufacturing time. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and you will receive status updates on your order as it progresses.

We place stock orders from the USA every week - this includes items from Luxon. We try our best to ensure all items are in stock but if not - please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed.
