Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24-48hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 2-4 (business) days to let you know when your order is on the way! An integral part of our business is ensuring all products are inspected prior to shipment and ensuring there are no product faults (excluding unforeseen manufacturing faults). This process is accounted for in our order processing time. 

If you order contains an item coming from the USA or Europe - please refer to the ETA timeframe which is listed on the product page. This accounts for shipping time from the US/Europe to our Australian warehouse. If you are unsure of the timeframe - feel free to reach out to our customer service team (support@motohouse.com.au) and they will be able to confirm ETA for you.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using Australia Post. We are proud to be one of the few motocross parts and accessory stores in Australia that offers FREE shipping (*on orders over $20.00 AUD (for within Australia) and over $50.00 AUD (to NZ)) - this is applied to 95% of our parts and accessories. We ship to all locations in Australia - how epic! Please see below Bulky Items (items that do not qualify for free shipping). 

Please note Moto House will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders.

EXPRESS POST SHIPPING 

Express post shipping is available for your orders. We do not have this option on the website due to limiting factors with special order products. Express post rates will vary depending on the product you are purchasing. If you would like to order something with express post, please send us a message either via the live chat function on the online store, via email support@motohouse.com.au or via (07) 5681 1505 and we can add this to your order 😊
Please note that express post shipping means your order will be posted by Express Post. This does not mean your order will be pushed to the front of the line for packaging and shipping first as this is unfair to our other customers who have ordered before you. If you need something urgently (e.g. for an upcoming race) please let us know and we will do our best to work with you so your order arrives in time. 

Please note if you want express shipping on an item coming from the US/Europe - it will be sent via express post as soon as it arrives to us first. So you will need to account this into your ordering time frame. Express post will still be much faster than standard post once shipped from us to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer international shipping for most items we sell - these orders are sent via Australia Post. As each item varies in size and weight; we do not have a standard shipping rate for international orders. There are two methods for you to choose - Standard or Express shipping. Once you place an order we will send you an invoice for the shipping method you have chosen separately. The rate will vary depending on the product you are purchasing. If you would like a quote on the shipping rate prior to purchasing, please send us a message either via the live chat function on the online store, via email support@motohouse.com.au with details of what you are wanting to purchase and the shipping address you would like it sent to.

New Zealand

We offer free shipping* to New Zealand for orders over $50.00 AUD. 
*If your order contains a bulky item e.g. tyre set, gear bag etc. there may be a shipping fee added to your order.

USA & Canada

We offer free shipping* to the USA and Canada for orders over $800.00 AUD. All orders shipped to the USA (under $800) have customs duties prepaid so it will be delivered to your door with no further charges. Items over $1,000 shipped to the US may incur customs duties or taxes. Items shipped to Canada may incur customs duties or taxes. See below information regarding duties and taxes. 
*If your order contains a bulky item e.g. tyre set, gear bag etc. there may be a shipping fee added to your order. 

CURRENT SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS

02 March 2026: Please note due to airline cancellations there are some locations we are unable to ship to such as: Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

This is monitored daily and will be updated as soon as shipping resumes. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

DELIVERY TIMES:

All orders shipped out of Australia are shipped with Australia Post. For Express International parcels, they advise 5-10 business day delivery and 10-20 business day delivery to most countries around the world. Once the goods arrive in your country, Australia Post might require local contractors for on-forwarding of your parcel for delivery.  

Due to the many variables encountered with international freight contractors, Moto House cannot be held liable for international parcels that are lost in transit. Please be aware that you accept full responsibility for lost international parcels and Moto House will not re-ship or refund your order. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please send us a message either via the live chat function on the online store, via email support@motohouse.com.au or put in your order notes the total amount of insurance you are wanting to purchase (please ensure you write what currency this amount is in) and we will send you the invoice.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:

International orders may be subject to customs charges and import duties and any associated fees. These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Moto House has no control over these charges and cannot provide the exact amount of what they may be. 

Moto House cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Once the parcel arrives into your country, your local customs office will contact you if there any customs or import duties due on your parcel. You must pay this amount to them in order to release your parcel. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Moto House will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please note there are some items that we cannot send internationally. These items are:

    • Items classified as Dangerous Goods e.g. batteries, aerosols, etc. 
    • Bulky items that are over 20kg and dimensions over 140cm

BULKY ITEMS SHIPPING 

Some items may incur a 'Bulky Items' shipping fee. This is due to the size and weight of the items and are extremely expensive to ship across Australia. Please note we are copping majority of the cost as we love to support you so if you can do us a solid and help us out a little it really makes a difference 🖤

We would love to offer free shipping on ALL items so as we continue to grow we will definitely review this.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@motohouse.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note that all delivery services are third party services (e.g. Australia Post, StarTrack, FedEX). As these are third party companies - we cannot control what these companies do.
