The Nihilo Concepts Billet Water Pump Gear is stronger and will last the life of your motor. The stock gear will eventually wear out with all the teeth being ground off, this will lead to water pump failure, engine overheating and possible seizure. Many people will force the side cover on when installing, this can break the teeth off the plastic gear. Always turn the crank until you feel the teeth mesh and push together gently. Never force the side case together. Don't take a chance, replace the stock plastic gear with this precision machined aluminium gear next time you have your side case off.

SPECIAL ORDERS

In order for us to be able to offer the entire range of some products, we have a special order in process. Once you place your order, we will order your items in from our suppliers. This allows you to have more freedom in choice of colour, style, upgrades etc.

Processing time can vary - some items we will have within a few days, whereas some items are ordered in from the United States of America or Europe, and therefore require an extra few weeks to account for shipping time and in some cases, manufacturing time. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and you will receive status updates on your order as it progresses.

ITEMS FROM USA

We place stock orders from the USA every week - this includes items from Luxon. We try our best to ensure all items are in stock but if not - please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed.

We offer free standard shipping on all items (excluding bulky items) over $20 within Australia and over $50 to New Zealand. All other internaitonal destinations will be invoiced separately. View our shipping policy here.
