📦 Important Shipping Update: 23rd September – 22nd October

We are heading over to the USA for MXON and a short break from 23rd September – 22nd October 2025. During this time, our warehouse will be closed — which means we won’t be physically shipping orders until we return on 22nd October.

The good news? Our website is still open 24/7, so you can place orders as usual, secure stock, and guarantee your parts. To make up for the wait, all orders placed during this time will be upgraded to Express Post shipping at no extra cost.

Can I still place an order online?

Yes! The online store will remain open and live the entire time. You can still add to cart and check out as normal.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed between 23rd September – 22nd October will be shipped out starting 22nd October (the day we’re back).

Will shipping be upgraded?

Yes! Every single order during this time will be sent via Express Post at no extra cost to get your parts to you faster once we’re back.

Can I still contact you?

Yes, absolutely. We’ll still be working online:

What if I need something urgently?

What if my order includes a backorder/special order item?

If your order contains an item that is not in stock and needs to be ordered in, the normal supplier lead time will apply (as orders are still processed like normal) but shipping will not resume until we return on 22nd October. We’ll confirm these details with you via email after processing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order while you’re away?

Yes! If you need to make any changes, simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us via live chat/email and we’ll get it sorted before shipping resumes.

Will tracking details still be sent?

Tracking will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been packed and shipped on or after 22nd October.
